This data will be stored temporarily on our system for as long as it is necessary to process your request. Once your request has been processed and answered, your data will be deleted/erased/purged.

As iDeal OS is provided free of charge and it is a project maintained in our free time, delays in processing, answering and deleting your data may occur. However, we are committed to answering any enquiry, comment or request as soon as possible.
